Klang Valley Bible Conference (KVBC) &

Expository Preaching Seminar (EPS)

The Klang Valley Bible Conference and Expository Preaching Seminar are our flagship events. These are annual events that are co-organised by KLCC and Evangel Book Centre.

The Klang Valley Bible Conference (KVBC) is a series of Bible expostions presented over 3 weeknights. It aims to serve the Christians of Malaysia by providing a forum for the preaching of God's Word by preachers who model the ideals of expository preaching. The sessions are open to all and no registration is required.

The Expository Preaching Seminar (EPS) is a seminar to serve and strengthen Malaysian church leaders who are dedicated to faithfully preaching God's Word.

It is an ideal seminar for preachers to attend each year to keep them fresh in their approach and growing in their skills. However, anyone who wants to know
how to better handle the Word of God is welcome.

These events are co-organised with Evangel Book Centre. Details of this year's events are below:

Time: 8:15 -10 pm

It is ironic that a book called Acts should be all about the Word. Acts is the historic record of how Gods’ gospel starts out from Jerusalem and overcomes all barriers, unstoppably reaching the city of Rome, the centre of the Empire. The book of Acts is a tonic to revive our confidence in God who will see that his purpose is achieved, no matter what the world throws against it.

Day 1        Acts 1:1-8 – A Spiritual Tonic

Day 2        Acts 8:26-40 – The Story of One

Day 3        Acts 23 – 26 – A Preaching or a Living Faith?

Preaching historic narrative from the Bible is never easy. We must strive to rightly handle the Scriptures. The book of Acts is lively and exciting narrative, yet often neglected by preachers because it is hard to preach. Come along as we hear this book come to life.
